What you get

Class seats with a waitlist

Set a capacity for each class. When it's full, people join the waitlist and take a spot as someone cancels.

Pay to book

Charge for sessions and tickets through your Stripe account, with cancellations refunded inside the window you set.

Buffers between sessions

Leave time to reset the room or travel to the next client.

Reminders close to the start

A reminder a couple of hours before the session is often all it takes to cut late cancellations.

How it works

Set up once, then it runs itself.

  1. STEP 1

    Add your 1:1 sessions

    Choose lengths, locations and prices.

  2. STEP 2

    Create your classes

Each class is an event with a date, a place, a spot limit and an optional price.

  3. STEP 3

    Share the links

On your site and social profiles. People book and pay without messaging you.

Questions

Good to know

Can I use it for patient appointments?

Availyx collects a name and email and the answers to the questions you set. It isn't designed to hold health records, so keep clinical details out of intake questions and meeting titles.

Can I run the same class every week?

Each event is a single date today, so a weekly class means creating an event for each date.
