Sessions booked, paid and on the calendar.

Clients pick a time and pay for it in one step. You get a short intake before the first session, reminders that keep them turning up, and a history of every client.

ProPaid sessions work on Free. Intake questions are Pro. A shared client list is Contacts on the Team plan.

Coaching & consulting

What you get

Charge at the time of booking

Price a session, collect payment through your own Stripe account and let a cancellation refund itself.

An intake before the first call

Ask what a client wants to work on. Their answers arrive in the calendar invitation.

Remember every client as you grow

Take on another coach and the Team plan's shared Contacts keeps each client's sessions, what they've paid and notes together for everyone.

Group programs too

Run a group workshop with a signup page, a spot limit and a waitlist alongside your 1:1s.

How it works

Set up once, then it runs itself.

  1. STEP 1

Offer a free intro and a paid session

Two booking types: a short chat to start, and the work itself.

  2. STEP 2

    Add a few questions

Keep the intake to what you'll actually read before the call.

  3. STEP 3

    Share one link

Clients choose, pay and get reminders. You get calendar invitations.

Questions

Good to know

Can I offer packages of sessions?

Not as a bundle yet. Each session is its own booking, and the Payments page shows what has been paid over time.

Can I choose when clients can cancel?

Yes. Set a cancellation window, in hours, on each booking type. Inside it, guests are asked to contact you instead.
