One booking page for the whole team.

A team page with everyone's links, shared events that hand each booking to the right person, groups for departments, and your own logo, colors and domain. Every member keeps their own calendar.

TeamTeam features come with the Team plan, billed per seat, and include everything in Pro for every member.

Larger teams

What you get

Bookings go to the right person

Pick how each team event is assigned: round robin, the least busy member, priority order, or everyone attends and the time must suit them all.

Groups for departments

Group people into Sales or Support and point an event at a group, so the pool stays right as people join and leave.

Your brand, and your domain

Upload a logo and favicon, set your colors, hide the Availyx credit, and serve the team page from your own domain.

Invites and roles

Invite people to the team. Owners and admins manage the team's events and settings; members keep their own links.

How it works

Set up once, then it runs itself.

  1. STEP 1

Create the team and invite people

Each member connects their own calendar, so real availability decides every time offered.

  2. STEP 2

    Build team events

Choose the assignment rule, who is in the pool and the usual limits: notice, buffers and how far ahead.

  3. STEP 3

    Publish the team page

Team events sit next to everyone's own links on one branded page.

Questions

Good to know

How is the Team plan billed?

Per seat. Each member on the team has Pro features, and the team gets the shared page, assignment, groups and branding on top.

How many people can attend one collective event?

Collective events, where a time has to suit everyone, take up to eight people. Pooled events, where any one member can take the booking, can draw on the whole team.
